2008 Dry Red Wine ~ BethlehemDavid's Tower is a light, dry red wine made from the local black 'Balady Asmar' grape - is named after King David's tower in Jerusalem. It is one of the Holy Land's distinctive wines, aged for a year in oak barrels, and has a delicate spicy aftertaste. Drink at room temperature or chilled, with pizza, pasta and chicken, or on its own.
