Five gospels record the life of Jesus.

Four you will find in books, and one you will find in the Land they call Holy.

Read the Fifth Gospel and the world of the Four will open to you.

We set up 5th Gospel Retreats in 2006 in solidarity with the Christians of the Middle East, working for justice and peace in the Holy Land. We show our commitment in three ways: by going out by bringing back and by speaking up.

Pilgrimages - we specialise in pilgrimages to the Holy Land of Jordan, Palestine and Israel - tailor-made for each group - engaging with the Land, with Scripture and with the Christians.

Altar Wines - we are the UK importers of altar wines from Cremisan, the Salesian winery in Bethlehem.

The Salesians of Don Bosco established the vineyards and winery more than 125 years ago to help Palestinians by providing a livelihood for local families and an education for the children. The Salesians' original purpose continues unchanged to this day - shining as a beacon of stability and humanity through the tumultuous changes of the last century. Buying these wines directly helps the people of Bethlehem to offset the devastating economic consequences of recent years.

Olive wood crafts - olive oil, soap and za'atar - we distribute by mail order

Any profit and all donations are taken to Bethlehem for the charities of our Friends and Partners and to needy families in the parishes.
